Personal Data Processing Agreement

Text of the data processing agreement:

Hereby, according to Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" dated July 27, 2006, you confirm your consent for "HSU Rus" LLC (OGRN 1197746211926, TIN 7714442198) to processing your personal data, namely, collecting, systematizing, accumulating, storing, clarifying (updating, altering), using, and transferring data solely for the purpose of selling the software to your name, as described below, as well as blocking, depersonalizing, deleting.

The company <COMPANY> guarantees the confidentiality of the personal data acquired. The processing of personal data is carried out in order to effectively fulfill orders, satisfy the agreements, and meet other obligations accepted by the company "HSU Rus" LLC as binding.

If it is necessary to provide your personal data to the copyright holder, distributor, or reseller of the software in order to register the software to your name, you consent to the transfer of your personal data. "HSU Rus" LLC guarantees that the copyright holder, distributor, or reseller of the software protects personal data on terms similar to those stipulated by the Personal Data Privacy Policy.

This consent covers the following pieces of your personal data: first name, last name, patronymic, e-mail address, postal address for delivery of orders, phone number, and payment details.

The duration of the consent is unlimited. You can withdraw this consent at any time by sending a written notice to the address: 125480, Moscow, st. Planernaya, 3, office 3 with the note "Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data."

Please note that the withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data entails the deletion of your account from the website (https://hsu.systems/), as well as the deleting of records containing your personal data in the personal data processing systems of the "HSU Rus" LLC company, as a result, the online services of the "HSU Rus" LLC company may become unavailable.

I guarantee that the information provided by me is complete, accurate, and reliable as well as by providing the information, the current legislation of the Russian Federation, the legitimate rights and interests of third parties, are not violated. All the information provided is filled in by me in relation to myself personally.

This consent is valid for the entire period of storing personal data unless otherwise stipulated by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
