Fixed bugs:
- In some cases when several encoders were working in parallel, an error occurred when connecting a new client.
- The encoder waiting flag ('E' - Ejection/ 'R' - Retention) was handling incorrectly in the LT, Lx and Rx commands.

- Added the configuration of the server part: ignoring the encoder waiting flag 'E' - Ejection/ 'R' – Retention. When the option is enabled, the interface never waits for a card to be removed from an encoder, even if 'E' is sent. This is useful for some early integrations, where the 'E' - Ejection flag is always sent by a PMS even if it is not necessary.
